Currently, dispatch times are between 3 working days and 14 working days, depending on the size of your order.

If you require your order by a certain date, please contact me first to see if I can do it

I aim to get orders made and posted as soon as possible, but i do ask that you allow 14 working days before for receiving your order

If you need your soaps by a certain date please use the contact page or email me at sales@soapsbylaura.co.uk to see if it will be possible.

All orders weighing less than 2kg are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded

For larger orders (2 - 20kg), I use DHL 48hr delivery. This is set at a cost of £9

For those living outside UK mainland, Royal Mail 1st class Recorded will be used for orders weighing upto 4kg. For orders weighing more than 4kg a couier will have to be used at a cost of £15

If you do not select the correct postage while checking out, I will inform you of the difference needed to be paid,
